Everything we sell is frozen and is packed to stay frozen in transit. Orders are dispatched from Penrith, New South Wales.

Processing time

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after midday on Friday, or on a public holiday, begin processing on the next business day. Penrith sits at the base of the Blue Mountains, so western Sydney parcels usually move the day after they are packed and mountain addresses a day later still.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Remote and regional addresses can take longer than the estimate; if we know a parcel is delayed we will tell you.

How we pack

Gel ice in proportion to weight, an insulated liner, and a sealed carton labelled with the species and the day it was packed. Heavier shellfish go at the bottom so nothing is crushed under a box of crab.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking and the link is emailed when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at the cost of the second shipment.

Shipping costs

The delivery charge is calculated from the size of the order and the destination, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
